Large open area for children
At Academic Day Nursery, we follow Ofsted guidelines and ensure that our children enjoy and explore a lot as part of our learning programmes. We offer a large outdoor open area where children explore their senses as they make mud pies and dig for bugs. Clissold Park
Clissold Park is a short walk from the nursery, allowing us to make frequent visits there. For the older children we utilise the wooded areas of the park to create forest school activities. They enjoy climbing trees, bug hunts, den building, collecting, sorting and classifying natural objects, feeding the ducks and chasing squirrels.
